Make sure that there is a 1 cm distance between your dog’s muzzle’s basket and the dog’s nose.

Make sure that there is enough space between the muzzle and the dog’s face that they will allow enough space to pant and drink freely.

Never put a substance in the dog’s mouth during measurements.
